Braided hair is always in season and can be styled in many ways from a simple side plait to French braid to fish tail braids.

Here is how to create the perfect braid...

Before braiding your hair make sure your hair is dry.

Make sure you get rid of any knots so you hair doesn't get tangled or look messy while braiding.

Work some volumizing mousse into your hair, this will add texture and provide extra hold. The last thing you want is to have you braid go out of place.

Tie your braid in place using your favourite hair type, or hold your braid using a bobby pin.

To keep your braid in shape, spray some hair spray.
